Jill’s own healing journey started in 2020 – a pivotal year that shifted everything for her. It was in that process of uncovering her own truth that she discovered a deep inner calling to help others do the same. She earned her holistic coaching certificate through Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2021. She believes that coaching is a collaborative partnership that embodies the wholeness of oneself. She is here to provide the accountability, clarity, and compassionate space you need to quiet the noise and finally align with your true self.
Jill is a Hatha 200 hours trained yoga instructor. She has a light-hearted relatable way to facilitate beginners and long timers to this wonderful modality that she holds dear to her heart. She believes small gentle movements will lead to a restorative relaxation state of mind. She’s heart centered when she’s sharing this practice with others. She aims to empower you to feel your best, one breath and movement at a time.
Jill has her Reiki Holy Fire Master certificate aimed at dedicating to guiding others back to their own inner wisdom. Her journey with energy work began in 2019 with her first Reiki for her own healing. Which sparked a very profound interest in learning to help others in what changed my well being. Her own learning of Reiki started 2 years ago, rooted in the sacred trust of practicing with close friends and loved ones. These formative years allowed her to witness firsthand how gentle, intentional energy work can clear the noise of daily life and restore true balance. As a practitioner, she holds a space which is both sacred and deeply grounded, blending her Reiki mastery with a passion for helping others align with their most authentic self.
Jill’s love for nature started as a very young child when her Father would take her out for hikes and camping often. Her love for hiking goes far beyond the physical activity, it is a spiritual practice of ‘coming home’ to herself. She finds the forest has a unique way of stripping the layers of modern life, allowing the constant noise of the mind to settle into a profound, grounding silence. She uses the space of the forest to reconnect with the rhythms of the earth.
